I take a small number of advisory engagements outside my day-to-day at Askari Bank. The conversations I find most useful:

1. Banks evaluating their first AI buy-vs-build decision. Especially in markets where vendor economics are imported and don't fit.
2. Boards or executive teams setting AI governance and risk posture for a regulated environment.
3. Speaking on regulated-AI delivery in emerging markets. Conferences, panels, podcasts.
